The Westbury-on-Trym Society is a voluntary organization, set up in 1972, originally to look after the amenities, landscape and historic settings of this 1300 year old village.

What Does the Society do?
• Organises and helps fund the village flower displays
• Provides a voice for Westbury on Trym
• Campaigns – proposed car park charges, helped stop Westbury library closure
• Helps to improve Canford Park, planting daffodils etc.
• Working parties tidy the village and the Packhorse Garden on Chock Lane
• Monitors planning applications and opposes those that adversely affect the village
• Organises talks and meetings
WE CARE ABOUT WESTBURY - WILL YOU JOIN US?
Annual membership is £12 or £10 if you are over 60.

Our AGM
Our 2025 AGM will be held in the Village Hall on the evening of Monday April 14th starting at 7:30pm

Our latest Society Talk was on Thursday, March 13th.
There will be no talk in April, because of Easter and the AGM
However, the talks will recommence in the Library from May
Talks are free to Society members, £2 to others.
